Parliament Tea For Hills Young Leaders

Baulkham Hills State Liberal MP David Elliott hosted The Hills Young Leader’s Afternoon Tea in The Speaker’s Garden at NSW Parliament House on Wednesday, 23 May 2018.

Joined by Premier Gladys Berejiklian, Minister for Education Rob Stokes, and Commissioner for CSNSW Peter Severin, Mr Elliott invited key business leaders across the State to provide their insights to Year 6 and Year 12 student leaders in Baulkham Hills about what it takes to become a great and successful leader.

“Learning is inextricably connected to successful leadership, and I hope our young leaders were inspired by the thoughts and philosophies adopted by our current leaders in this great State,” Mr Elliott said.

“I feel privileged to be reassured time and time again that my electorate is home to an abundance of dedicated and compassionate individuals striving for excellence, and I thank the special guests who attended. I could not have asked for better role models to share their influential insights.”
