The artwork of Arthi Sundaran will be used to spread Christmas cheer after she was named a winner in the Baulkham Hills Christmas Card competition.
The annual competition is run by Baulkham Hills state Liberal MP David Elliott and judged by his wife Nicole.
Arthi’s colourful depiction of the three wise men will be used on Mr Elliott’s official parliamentary Christmas cards.
The Winston Hills Public School student received a Toys R Us voucher for her artistic talents.
Fove year old Joshua Frost of Redeemer Baptist School won the encouragement award in the competition.
Mr Elliott said the encouragement award was open to all kindergarten (sic-primary) school children in the Baulkham Hills electorate and Joshua’s picture was chosen for his wonderful depiction of the three wise men.
“Joshua’s picture will be taking pride of place in my Parliament House office.” Mr Elliott said.
