Fighting for Baulkham Hills

Your local State Member

Since 2011, I have proudly represented the Baulkham Hills Electorate. I am committed to celebrating the diversity of the Baulkham Hills community, preserving our enviable green spaces and ensuring our community is the best place to live, work and raise a family.

My biography

I will always put the people of Baulkham Hills first. I’ve spent most of my life living in The Hills. It’s also where my wife Nicole and I raised our family. I want every person in Baulkham Hills to have the opportunity to reach their full potential.

Early in my career, I had the opportunity to fulfil my childhood dream of becoming an Army Officer. I was also fortunate to work with many influential organisations, including Castle Hill RSL, Life Education Australia, St John Ambulance, Australian Hotels Association and the Civil Contractors Federation.

These experiences were a formative part of my journey into politics.

Educating youth on the dangers of illicit drugs, supporting our veterans, improving infrastructure standards and ensuring we have the best possible healthcare system is what inspired me to put my hand up to be the Member for Baulkham Hills.

These are the kinds of issues facing our community. There is no better way to understand that than by helping those affected directly and working alongside organisations like The Order of St John and Life Education Australia.

My vision for Baulkham Hills is one that is inspired by hope, prosperity, inclusivity and success.

I am committed to ensuring every Baulkham Hills resident has the opportunity to reach their full potential. I also want to work with residents to ensure our clean, green and family-friendly community remains the envy of all others.

First day on the job and it’s fantastic to join my colleagues, Paul Fletcher and Stuart Ayres to announce a $1.8 billion contract has been awarded to commence work on the new Sydney Metro-Western Sydney Airport metro line. The 23 kilometre metro line will link St Marys to the centre of the new Aerotropolis, and will create local jobs and ease congestion for Western Sydney residents in the long term.
