The Hills Police Area Command
The Hills Police Area Command covers the areas of Annangrove, Baulkham Hills, Beaumont Hills, Bella Vista, Box Hill, Carlingford, Castle Hill, Cattai, Dural, Glenhaven, Glenorie, Kellyville, Kenthurst, Maraylya, Maroota, Middle Dural, Nelson, North Parramatta, North Rocks, Northmead, Oatlands, Rouse Hill, South Maroota and West Pennant Hills.
NSW Domestic Violence Line
The NSW Domestic Violence Line provides counselling and referrals to women experiencing domestic and family violence.
Caseworkers on the Domestic Violence Line can help direct you to hospital care, counselling and family support services; help you understand what an Apprehended Violence Order (AVO) is and how to get one; develop a safety plan for you and your children; find emergency accommodation for you and your children; help you with transport for you and your children; and, talk to the police, courts and lawyers.
Energy & Water Ombudsman NSW
The Energy & Water Ombudsman provides a free, fair and independent dispute resolution service for all electricity and gas customers in New South Wales, and some water customers.

North West Disability Services
North West Disability Services is a non–profit community organisation which advocates for the right of people with disabilities to live a full and valuable life within the community.
NSW Fair Trading
The role of NSW Fair Trading is to make doing business in NSW simple, accessible and fair for employees, consumers and industry while providing the best value for government.
NSW State Emergency Service
NSW State Emergency Service (SES) is an emergency and rescue service dedicated to assisting the community.
The SES is a volunteer-based organisation that provides emergency assistance to the people of NSW 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
NSW Office of the Children’s Guardian
The NSW Office of the Children’s Guardian regulates and oversees organisations to uphold children and young people’s right to be safe. They influence and lead change by building capability in organisations to be child safe.
Health Care Complaints Commission
The Health Care Complaints Commission acts to protect public health and safety by resolving, investigating and prosecuting complaints about health care.
It is an independent body set up under the Health Care Complaints Act 1993.
It has a central role in maintaining the integrity of the NSW health system, with the overarching aim of protecting the health and safety of individuals and the community.

The Hon. Alex Hawke MP is the Federal Member for Mitchell which includes the suburbs of Baulkham Hills, Beaumont Hills, Bella Vista, Box Hill, Castle Hill, Kellyville, Nelson, Northmead, North Kellyville, North Rocks, Norwest, Rouse Hill, West Pennant Hills and Winston Hills.
As the Federal Member for Mitchell, Mr Hawke can assist constituents with matters relating to defence and foreign affairs; trade, commerce and currency; immigration; postal services, telecommunications and broadcasting; air travel; social services and pensions.

Hills Community Aid delivers a range of social, financial and educational programs that assist, strengthen and connect all communities. They achieve this by identifying gaps in services for the vulnerable and implementing programs to reduce disadvantage.
NSW Seniors Card
The NSW Seniors Card program was introduced by the NSW Government in 1992 to help older citizens live healthier, happier, more active and affordable lives in retirement.
Through the annual Seniors Card Discount Directory, plus a lively array of communications and activities, the program connects members with businesses that value their patronage – and are happy to offer special discounts and benefits to earn it.
LawAccess NSW is a free government telephone service that provides legal information, referrals and in some cases, advice, for NSW residents who have a legal problem.
The NSW Ombudsman is an independent integrity agency that holds NSW government agencies and certain non-government organisations accountable to the people of NSW.
Through complaint handling, review, monitoring, investigation, advice, training and community education, we seek to improve the administration and delivery of public and community services in NSW.
City of Parramatta Council
The City of Parramatta serves the residents of the Parramatta LGA. The Lord Mayor and Councillors can assist residents with planning approvals, public health, local roads and footpaths, parks and playing fields, libraries, local environmental issues, waste disposal, and other community services.

National Relay Service
The National Relay Service is an Australia-wide phone service for people who are deaf or have a hearing or speech impairment. It is also available to anyone who wants to call a person with a hearing or speech impairment.
